L3, L4, L5 each have a gate. TestAgent runs the checks, records evidence, and only then can the PlayLoop advance.
Failures get auto-filed to the responsible agent. Re-test on fix. No silent regressions.
Every test run stamped into gate_evidence table — signed by TestAgent, auditable forever.
How Test Agent Works
PlayLoop phase transitions — TestAgent is automatically invoked.
Parallel probes: HTTP, agent card, JSON-LD, mobile, forms, cross-links. Typically completes in under 90 seconds.
Pass → advance the PlayLoop. Fail → file against the responsible agent, block advancement, page the CoCEO.

No — gates are enforced in code, not policy. A skipped gate means the PlayLoop doesn't advance, full stop. Exception requires Founder approval logged in coceo_audit.
TestAgent can be overridden with a Founder-signed exception. Every override is logged and reviewed in the 30-day LoopAgent retro.
